After COVID happened in the spring of 2020, I began sending out summaries of books that I find interesting. The book treatments, like my blog isn’t opinion-based. The goal is to make it informational and entertaining. As was the case with many people, the pandemic gave me time to do things, including reading more and writing about what I had read. Bob in the Basement in Boston was initially sent out to a few friends, with the distribution list expanding over time. These are robust summaries – Bob’s Cliff Notes in a sense – of what I read. The books are primarily non-fiction but I do include some novels. such as text, images, links, etc.
